Pear Tree cabin is nestled in the heart of Somerset, just over the hill from Glastonbury. It is a rustic, quirky and cosy space with a king sized bed, shower room, and tea and coffee making facilities as well as a toaster and mini fridge. There is good wifi and you have a wonderful view overlooking the garden.
All meals are provided and you choose where you want to eat; whether it’s alone for reflection time or together for discussion time, whatever you want goes. Workouts are done on the lawn, weather permitting, or a five minute drive to my wonderful local gym with top equipment and a fantastic functional fitness room.
Postpartum, whilst being one of the most beautiful stages of life, can also be one of the hardest. This retreat allows new (or not so new!) mothers to totally unwind, recuperate and heal, be nourished from the inside out and pampered of course! Whatever your postpartum journey, these retreats are designed for women to focus on themselves and their health and wellbeing. I'm Elfie, this is me and our dog. I'm a personal trainer, nutritional therapist, child behaviouralist and wellbeing enthusiast. Although I specialise in pre and post natal exercise and have a wealth of pregnancy and postpartum experience, I want to help everyone who needs a health-boost, whoever you are and whatever your goals.
Personalised workouts to suit any ability are conducted either at my wonderful local gym (5 minute drive away) or outside in the garden if the weather allows. If you're not a fan of the gym we can do workouts using my home equipment but this is weather dependent,
